May 10th- 30 min spin bike
May 11th- 50 min yoga flow
May 12th- 40 min full body workout
May 13th- 40 min spin bike sesh.
May 14th- Rest
May 15th- 10 min abs
I got my second Covid shot yesterday and my body feels pretty run down and sore. Went to do my 30 min workout and only made it about 10 minutes in before calling it quits and resting.
