March 2nd- 40 min full body workout

I’m loving these 40 min workouts I’ve created for myself! It feels good to push myself and see what I’m capable of.

March 3rd- Rest

It’s my birthday! And also a rest night 😉

March 4th- 30 min spin bike workout

Man, these spin workouts make me sweat! They are super hard but I love them. So glad I’ve tried something new and found a new cardio exercise besides running – especially during the winter months.

March 5th- Rest

March 6th- 20 min ab workout

March 7th- Rest
