November 4th- 20 minute fully body workout
November 5th- 20 minute abs
November 6th- Rest
November 7th- 30 minute cardio HIIT
I opted for a cardio hit workout, and this one didn’t disappoint! I got my heart rate above 158 for 30 minutes straight. This workout was hard, but a good alternative to running.
