June 23rd- 20 minute abs and arms combined workout

June 24th- Rest

June 25th- 20 min abs

June 26th- 20 min abs

June 27th- 25 min abs

June 28th- Rest

Today I helped clean out my grandparents home, spending most of the afternoon in their attic. Got my squats in for sure with having to avoid hitting my head on the ceiling!
